What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners through company-provided, pre-qualified appointments
- Conduct professional in-home consultations
- Present customized solutions for:
- Windows
- Doors
- Roofing
- Siding
- Build rapport and guide homeowners through the buying process
- Use our proven sales system to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up communication

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to build trust with homeowners
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with basic technology and the ability to learn software
- Prior in-home sales experience preferred, but not required
- Experience in remodeling, construction, or home improvement sales is a plus
