Copenhagen Bakery & Cafe is a family owned European bakery & cafe in Burlingame since 1977.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced team leader for an early daytime full time shift in our cake department to oversee daily pastry production and manage our custom cake design team. This position offers pay based on experience.
Weekend availability is a must. Daytime only hours.
Responsibilities
Manage operations, inventory, and food safety standards.
Lead production of custom cakes.
Mentor baking and decorating staff.
Requirements
3+ years of bakery experience with leadership or management background.
Advanced portfolio showing expert skills.
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
