Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Job Description
Seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Nashville, TN. The RN will provide comprehensive hospice care to terminally ill patients in their homes, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and support patients and their families throughout the end-of-life journey. The ideal candidate has strong assessment, case management, and communication skills with a commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and develop individualized hospice care plans.
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the physician's orders and hospice Plan of Care.
- Coordinate care with physicians, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, and other interdisciplinary team members.
- Educate patients and families on disease progression, symptom management, medications, and hospice philosophy.
- Monitor and document patient condition, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
- Manage assigned patient caseload and maintain complete clinical records.
- Conduct monthly supervisory visits for hospice aides and ensure quality of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, team meetings, and on-call rotation as assigned.
- Maintain infection control standards and regulatory compliance.

- Current AHA BLS Certification (Required)
- Active Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) License. (Required)
