Welder's Helper – Full-Time Contract | Oklahoma City Metro L&C Welding | 1099-NEC Position
L&C Welding is a privately owned welding company with 20+ years in the industry — and we're growing. We're looking for one reliable, hardworking Welder's Helper to join our team on a permanent contract basis.
Compensation & Perks
- Starting pay: $16/hour, paid weekly
- After 1 year: generous annual raises, monthly bonus pay, and paid time off
The Role
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM (hours may vary)
- Field-based work throughout the Oklahoma City metro area
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions required
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of verifiable construction experience (required)
- Ability to read a tape measure (required)
- Reliable transportation and a cell phone (required)
- Welding experience or school certification is a plus
- Must be available to start immediately
