Schedule
Weekends required. Additional weekday hours may be available. Typical hours may include:
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Position Summary
DJK Custom Homes is looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Model Home Host to welcome visitors at our model homes and showcase properties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, has strong communication skills, and can help create a great first impression for prospective homebuyers.
The Model Home Host is not responsible for selling homes, negotiating pricing, or writing contracts. The primary responsibility is to greet visitors, collect lead information, answer basic questions, and schedule follow-up appointments with the DJK sales team.
Responsibilities
- Welcome all visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Keep the model home/showcase home clean, organized, and presentable
- Collect visitor contact information
- Ask basic qualifying questions
- Provide general information about DJK Custom Homes and available communities
- Direct detailed sales, pricing, and construction questions to the sales team
- Schedule appointments for sales consultants
- Track walk-in traffic and visitor notes
- Ensure lights, music, displays, and signage are properly set up
- Secure the model home at closing

Compensation
- $18–$25 per hour based on experience
