Immediate Opportunity for Mental Health Therapists
MCC is seeking licensed and limited-license therapists to join our growing clinical team.
We currently have immediate demand for in-person therapy services, allowing new clinicians to quickly build a caseload while receiving full administrative and referral support.

What You'll Do as a Clinical Therapist
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy
- Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our electronic health record system
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure quality care
- Provide therapy sessions primarily in-person
- Participate in clinical consultation and professional development opportunities
Qualifications Eligible Licensure
We welcome candidates holding any of the following Michigan licenses:
Supervision opportunities may be available for limited license clinicians.
Additional Requirements
· Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field
· Ability to maintain ethical clinical practice aligned with professional standards
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Experience using electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms preferred
Compensation
Earn $60 – $80+ per session with steady referrals and flexible scheduling.
Compensation varies based on insurance reimbursement rates, experience, and caseload.

Work Location
