What you’ll do as an Investment Partner
- Meet with homeowners, tired landlords, and accidental landlords from our inbound opportunities.
- List and sell residential real estate
- Present options: sell, rent, or build an investment portfolio with C&C Property Management.
- Prepare market analyses and walk clients through basic real estate and investment concepts.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts for buyers and sellers.
- Work the leads and appointments we generate and turn them into long-term clients.
What we provide

- Inbound conversations and face-to-face appointments with landlords and investor-type clients.

- 4-week ramp, starting with a 2-week intensive bootcamp from day one.

Compensation & details
- Job Types: Full-time or serious part-time, Contract.
- Pay: Commission-only; earnings based on your production and lead follow-through.
