As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
Delivering compassionate, personalized care that promotes dignity and independence
Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Monitoring residents' well-being and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team
Encouraging participation in daily activities and community life
Collaborating with nurses and fellow team members to provide exceptional resident care
Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, memory care, or senior living is preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding resident care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
