Duties
. Participates in the safety program to support a safe work environment.
· Coordinates the customer order through the manufacturing process.
· Answers all communications from the customer in a timely fashion.
· Follows specific customers’ orders as required to make sure they ship on time.
· Manages directly some of the house accounts.
· Follows products until production launch.
· Maintains contact with key customers.
