Essential Job Responsibilities:

Maintain daily paperwork

Plan efficient routes using GPS tools and adjust for traffic, road work, or weather delay.

Communicate updates, delays, or route changes promptly to dispatchers or managers.

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections (tires, fluid levels, lights).

Maintain clean vehicle interiors and report major repair needs or servicing requirements.

Log mileage, fuel costs, delivery receipts, and hours of service accurately.

Obey all local, state, and national traffic laws and safety regulations.

Ensure Policies and Procedures are followed

Work with and assist co-workers in achieving goals and completing assignments.

Demonstrate dedication and commitment to the team. Serve as liaison between TMG's mail and office services team and client departments.

Interact in a constructive, positive, and respectful manner; deliver superior service and build strong relations with internal and external customers.

This includes maintaining positive communication both verbally and written and showing /taking the initiative to solve problems before they arise and thinking about improvements to the client's experience for receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail (e.g. letters, parcels, U.S. Postal, and interdepartmental) to appropriate recipients and departments.

Make timely collection of outgoing mail. Prepare and process outbound courier shipments using computer or service provider's equipment.

Track and maintain records and logs of mailing. Perform accurate data entry as needed.

Pick up and deliver supplies to designated locations as needed for mailing projects.

Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must have a Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
-
6 months to 1 year experience in a mail room or experience at FedEx and/or UPS.
