Duties
- Creating a safe and inclusive environment.
- Implementing lesson plans aligned with Wake County NC Pre-K standards through hands-on learning.
- Building strong partnerships with families and staff.
- Maintaining all NC Pre-K licensing, health, and safety requirements.
- Participating in professional development and educational initiatives.
Preferred Experience (not required)
- Prior experience working with children in a preschool setting.
- Knowledge of Teaching Strategies and ECERS
- Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively while fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Valid certifications in first aid and CPR; additional credentials in childhood development or special education are advantageous.
Pay: $45,776.00 - $64,621.00 per year
