West Michigan International (WMI) and K&R Truck Sales are seeking a dedicated Facilities Handyman to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our five facilities located in Grand Rapids, Holland, Kalamazoo, Lansing, and Muskegon. As a locally-owned group of companies, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service in the truck dealership industry. This role will play a vital role in maintaining our facilities, ensuring safety, and supporting our extensive service department, body shops, and customer service operations.

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing structural damage, windows, doors, and walls.

Address plumbing issues to prevent water damage and ensure the functionality of water fixtures.

Repair electrical wiring issues, including shortages and severed wires.

Maintain HVAC equipment to ensure proper climate control within the facilities.

Implement preventative measures to reduce future maintenance issues, such as applying sealants on roofs.

Identify and fix potential safety hazards to prevent injuries.

Repaint building interiors and exteriors as needed to maintain appearance.

Ability to multi-task effectively.

Willingness to travel between all five dealership locations.
