We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Architect to join our vibrant design team. Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs utilizing advanced CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, Rhino 3D, Grasshopper 3D, and SketchUp to produce detailed construction drawings and 3D models.
- Prepare accurate construction documentation, including detailed construction drawings and construction detail documentation that adhere to building code analysis and regulatory compliance standards.
- Lead project management efforts by creating project schedules, budgeting plans, and construction estimating to ensure timely delivery within scope.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams through negotiation and effective communication to align project goals with budgetary constraints and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools for efficient project coordination, clash detection, and sustainable design integration while producing high-quality renderings for client presentations.
- Conduct building code analysis and ensure all designs comply with construction accessibility regulations and other relevant standards.
- Oversee the creation of construction accessibility plans, renovation strategies, interior design concepts, and sustainable design initiatives that enhance functionality and environmental responsibility.
Experience
- Proven experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in construction management, drafting, and construction documentation.
- Extensive knowledge of CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino 3D (with 3ds <PERSON>), ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and presentation purposes.
- Hands-on experience with building code compliance, construction regulatory standards, and accessibility regulations across diverse project types such as renovation or new builds.
- Skilled in 3D modeling for architectural design using tools like Grasshopper 3D and Rhinoceros 3D to develop innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, business development activities related to architecture projects, negotiation with stakeholders, and managing contracts effectively.
- Strong background in sustainable design principles combined with expertise in building information modeling (BIM) tools for efficient project delivery.
- Construction experience including estimating costs accurately while maintaining quality standards; familiarity with construction accessibility regulations is a plus.

Pay: $98,737.88 - $118,910.13 per year
