Construction Superintendent
Duties:
- Facilitate and manage onsite work from all trades
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and controlling costs
- Coordinate and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Communicate effectively with all parties, providing regular updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
Skills:
- Excellent supervisory skills to lead and motivate construction teams
- Knowledge of construction sequencing and trade management
- Knowledge construction trades to include: wood framing, core/shell/facade, finishes, MEP
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Experience using ProCore is helpful but not required
- Strong focus on quality control to ensure projects meet specifications
