Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for standard warehouse and freight handling operations:
Loading, Unloading & Receiving: Safely load, unload, receive, and store incoming and outgoing cargo/deliveries.
Product Restocking & Handling: Restock food, beverage, and other products in designated warehouse areas.
Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming products/produce for quality assurance and take appropriate corrective actions if issues are found.
Facility & Equipment Maintenance: Assist in moving equipment as needed for daily operations; maintain general cleanliness and housekeeping in warehouse and dock areas.
Safety Compliance: Practice safe work habits, adhere to all safety policies/procedures, and complete required company safety trainings.
Basic Qualifications
Physical Capability: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
Teamwork & Communication: Strong team player with the ability to understand and follow written and oral directions and communicate effectively with teammates.
Flexibility: Willingness to work extended or irregular hours, including potential nights, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and attentive to safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in Spanish & English (or Chinese & English) is highly preferred.
Prior experience in warehouse, loading/unloading, or food/beverage distribution is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
