About the Role
Demetree Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing & Transactions Coordinator to support leasing, investment activity, and property-level marketing initiatives across our portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional (1–2 years of experience) who is eager to build a career in commercial real estate. The role offers hands-on exposure to transactions, property marketing, brokerage support, and asset presentation, with strong potential for growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain property marketing materials, including flyers, offering memorandums, and digital content
- Support leasing, brokerage, and investment activity through coordination, organization, and marketing execution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease records, critical dates, and documentation within lease administration systems
- Assist with coordination of all aspects of real estate transactions, including preparing and reviewing contracts and supporting documentation
- Provide administrative and operational support to the real estate division and brokerage team
- Manage property-related digital assets, listings, and online platforms
- Coordinate with third-party vendors (photography, design, signage, etc.) to ensure high-quality execution
- Assist with property launches, tours, and on-site marketing initiatives
- Track timelines, maintain organized documentation, and support internal team coordination
- Ensure branding and presentation standards are consistent across all properties
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships considered)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of current design, branding, and digital marketing trends
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Professional presence and comfort working in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Strong interest in commercial real estate

Pay: $50,688.30 - $61,043.97 per year
