Puddle Pool Services is looking for an experienced Lead Pool Service Technician & Repair Specialist to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate can independently maintain pools, diagnose and repair equipment, and provide technical guidance and training to other technicians.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial pool cleaning and maintenance.
- Diagnose algae, circulation, filtration, and water-quality issues.
- Inspect equipment and identify potential repair needs.
- Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment, including: Pumps and motors, DE, cartridge, and sand filters, heaters, valves, actuators, unions, and plumbing, Pool cleaners and booster pumps, chlorinators and chemical-feed equipment, Automation/control systems & other common pool equipment
- Train technicians on proper pool cleaning and maintenance procedures.
- Provide guidance on pool maintenance & diagnose equipment and service problems.
Qualifications
- Professional pool service and repair experience.
- Strong knowledge of pool water chemistry.
- Ability to independently diagnose and repair pool equipment.
- Experience with residential and preferably commercial pools.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to train and mentor other technicians.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors and perform the physical requirements of pool service.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
