Electrical Superintendent - Commercial Electrical Subcontractor Atlanta, GA | Full-Time | $42.00 - $50.00/hr
A commercial electrical subcontractor with nearly 30 years of experience delivering quality work across Georgia. Our work spans K-12, higher education, municipal, and industrial sectors, with projects typically ranging from $6M-$17M. We're growing our Atlanta-area operations and need a Superintendent who can lead from the front - overseeing multiple foremen and field crews, keeping jobs on time and under budget, and operating with the confidence and independence that senior field leadership requires.
What You'll Do
- Oversee multiple foremen and field crews across active commercial construction projects
- Drive projects to on-time, on-budget completion with minimal need for direction from above
- Serve as the primary field leader - identify problems, develop solutions, and keep work moving
- Coordinate closely with project managers and general contractors on scheduling, manpower, and scope
- Develop and support the foremen and field teams underneath you
- Uphold safety standards, electrical codes, and company procedures across all jobsites
What You'll Need
- Proven background in commercial electrical construction - K-12, higher ed, municipal, or industrial experience strongly preferred
- Experience overseeing multiple crews and/or foremen on large-scale commercial projects ($5M+)
- Strong leadership presence - your crews trust you and your judgment shows it
- A problem-solver's mindset: you don't wait for answers, you bring them
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug screen
- OSHA certification preferred - we'll provide training if needed
- Familiarity with Procore or Bluebeam is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $42-$50/hr (based on experience and project scope)
- Averaging 44+ hours per week
