The Line Cook is responsible for executing food service with speed, consistency, and accuracy in a high-volume, efficiency-driven kitchen. This role is strictly execution-focused and does not include any management or supervisory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute all menu items to standard with consistency, quality, and proper presentation
- Maintain ticket times and prioritize orders effectively during high-volume service
- Follow all recipes, portioning, and prep standards set by kitchen leadership
- Set up, stock, and maintain assigned station before, during, and after service
- Communicate clearly with other line cooks and FOH staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
- Complete assigned prep tasks efficiently and accurately
- Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and closing duties
- Alert leadership of low inventory, product issues, or equipment concerns

- No direct management of other employees

Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly position based on experience
- Nights, weekends, and holidays required based on business needs
