Visual Image Photography, your best TEAM in photography for over 75 years, is seeking a Print Production Assistant in our Cedarburg, Wisconsin production department.
The ideal candidate is well organized, detail-oriented, and able to take direction from team leads. We are willing to train the right candidate.
THIS POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Operate finishing equipment to produce student ID cards including laminator and die cutter
- Generate print jobs from our proprietary ID software
- Performing quality control checks as jobs are being produced to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Routing completed jobs to appropriate areas
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- When necessary and time permitting, provide support in our bindery, assembly, packaging, dye sublimation, wide format, and shipping/receiving departments
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Mechanically inclined with strong ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Reliable and willing to learn
- Digitally proficient
- Must meet the physical requirements for the position which includes standing for long periods and occasional lifting of up to 65 lbs (laminate rolls)
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

$15 to $20/hour
- 40 hours per week June through September, with an opportunity for year round employment.
