What You'll OwnBilling — Your Home Turf
- Run the late-pay list like it's your mission: reach clients before their cancellation dates and keep their trucks insured and earning
- Collect payments, set up payment plans, and go to bat with carriers to fix billing discrepancies
- Keep clean, airtight documentation in our agency management system (HawkSoft)
- Spot recurring billing patterns and bring solutions — not just problems — to management
Client Service — Your Second Gear
- Jump on overflow calls when our producers are busy writing new business
- Handle policy changes fast: add vehicles, swap drivers, update coverage
- Fire off Certificates of Insurance (COIs) so our clients never miss a load waiting on paperwork
- Route hot new-business leads to the right producer and make sure every client request gets finished, not just started
Who Wins in This Role
- 1+ years in customer service, billing, collections, or an insurance agency
- Confident on the phone — you can make a past-due call that's firm, friendly, and gets the payment
- Good with numbers — you can break down premiums, payment plans, and balances quickly and explain them to clients without missing a beat
- Organized under pressure: billing queue, ringing phone, COI request — you handle all three without breaking stride
- Dependable. This role is the safety net for the whole office, and the team knows they can count on you
- Texas Property & Casualty license preferred — or the drive to get one (we'll back you all the way)
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; trucking or transportation background a plus

The Schedule You've Been Looking For
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- No weekends. No after-hours calls. Ever.
- On-site at our Irving, TX office (2300 Valley View Lane)
