E&J Clean Outs, Moving & Storage is a locally owned moving, cleanout, and portable storage company serving the St. Charles and St. Louis area. We run professional, on-time jobs and treat our customers right — and we’re growing fast.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving our box truck or truck-and-trailer setup safely to and from job sites
- Leading a small crew on residential and commercial moves and cleanouts
- Loading, unloading, and protecting customer belongings with care
- Calling the shots on-site — pace, safety, and customer communication
- Pre/post-trip vehicle and equipment checks
- Keeping the office looped in on job status and any issues
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (required — this will be verified)
- Real experience driving a box truck or pulling a trailer — not just “I’ve driven big stuff before”
- Comfortable backing up and maneuvering a trailer in tight spaces
- Previous moving, logistics, or crew lead experience strongly preferred
- Physically able to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly, all day
- Reliable — if you’re on the schedule, you’re there
- Leads by example without needing to be micromanaged
