Office Operations Lead — ABA Therapy | Tulsa, OK (on-site, full-time)
ACT runs an ABA clinic in Tulsa with leadership based out of state. We need a steady, sharp person physically in our Tulsa office every day, supporting the team and keeping leadership connected
The honest version of this job:
- Notice what’s actually happening — staffing issues, morale, no-shows, things that look off — before they become problems
- Communicate upward clearly and fast. We’d rather hear about a small issue today than a big one next week
- Hold the office accountable: sessions start on time, documentation gets done, standards don’t slide when nobody’s watching
- Handle day-to-day logistics — scheduling, supplies, front office — so the clinic runs smoothly
- Supervise and coordinate administrative tasks, including document management and correspondence
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
Who thrives here:
- Someone with presence — staff respect you and families trust you
- A straight shooter, clear is kind. You report what’s real, not what sounds good
- Proactive and unflappable — you see something, you say something, and you usually already have a suggested fix
- Prior experience managing a team, clinic, restaurant, retail store, or crew — the industry matters less than the accountability muscle
