A/Master Technician Pay: Up to $45 per flag hour We are seeking an experienced A/Master Technician to join our dealership. This is a key technician position requiring strong diagnostic and mechanical skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to independently perform high-quality repairs in a fast-paced dealership environment. Required Experience & Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of automotive technician experience is required Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Valid driver’s license ASE certifications are a plus, not a requirement GM experience is a plus Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and meet production expectations Professional attitude and strong work ethic Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is tenacious, self-driven, confident, dependable, and extremely detail-oriented. We need someone who takes complete ownership of their work, follows through, meets deadlines, identifies problems before they become larger issues, and does not need to be continuously supervised or reminded of responsibilities. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment, managing multiple repair orders, solving complex diagnostic issues, and maintaining a professional attitude at all times. Schedule Hours are 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Compensation Pay up to $45 per flag hour, depending on experience, diagnostic ability, and overall qualifications.
