As an AT&T Wireless Representative, you will work directly with customers in a retail environment, promoting AT&T’s full suite of products, including wireless plans, high-speed internet, and bundled services. This role is perfect for candidates looking to build a long-term career in retail sales while developing professional communication and customer engagement skills.
AT&T Wireless Representative Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional, results-driven representation of AT&T products and services in a retail setting
- Proactively engage customers to identify needs and present effective solutions
- Execute consultative sales presentations for wireless, internet, and bundled offerings
- Drive revenue by meeting or exceeding established sales targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, pricing, and product updates
- Accurately document customer interactions, applications, and completed transactions
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations
- Uphold company standards, compliance policies, and AT&T brand expectations
AT&T Wireless Representative Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales environments
- Familiarity with telecommunications products or technology sales is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team structure
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and apply structured sales techniques
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,300.00 per week
