Responsibilities

- Organize and maintain the kitchen workspace, including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
- Assist in menu planning by providing input on seasonal ingredients and dish ideas.
- Support the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific dietary requirements when needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with food handling, meal preparation, and basic cooking techniques is essential.
- Knowledge of dietary aide responsibilities and menu planning is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
