Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team and drive excellence in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration system installations. As a key leader on the installation crew, you will oversee the successful setup of complex HVAC systems, ensuring they meet safety standards, technical specifications, and customer expectations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead projects, mentor team members, and deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced environment. Your mechanical expertise and construction background will be instrumental in providing reliable climate control solutions for our clients.
Duties
- Lead and coordinate HVAC installation projects from start to finish, including system layout, schematics interpretation, and equipment setup
- Ensure all installations comply with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Oversee the assembly and connection of HVAC components such as ductwork, refrigerant lines, boilers, and refrigeration systems
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC equipment during installation or service calls using tools like ohmmeters and other diagnostic devices
- Supervise field service activities including appliance repair, property maintenance tasks, air conditioning setups, and refrigeration systems
- Maintain detailed documentation of installation procedures, system configurations, and service reports for quality assurance
Experience
- Must be able to install/work on the following systems- Gas, Oil, Propane, Heat Pumps, Boilers, Furnaces, Ductless Systems, Water Heaters, Air Conditioner Systems
- Must have EPA cert.
- Hands-on experience with plumbing, refrigeration (including ammonia refrigeration), boiler systems, and equipment repair
- Mechanical knowledge of HVAC/R systems combined with practical field service expertise
- Ability to braze/solder
- Experience in electrical
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Prior mechanic experience involving HVAC systems
- Must be able to show up to work on time
- Must have good communication skills

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
