As we grow and expand our operations, we seek an experienced IT Specialist to join and grow with the company. The position is full-time employment with full benefits.
JOB HISTORY REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2-3 years of IT experience in a business environment.
DAILY SKILLS EXPECTATIONS:
- Provide daily helpdesk support, and document work done in the ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft infrastructure for on-premise and cloud solutions such as AD, O365, Outlook and Azure.
- Support and maintain customers IT infrastructure including servers, applications and cloud platforms.
- Troubleshoot and install applications like Adobe, QB, Bluebeam, Solidworks, Sentinel One, Huntress, Chrome, Sharepoint, Teams, Shared Folders, Printers etc.
- Protect customer’s data and systems with firewalls - Meraki and or SonicWall, security solutions -SOC, Endpoint Security and Zero Trust platform, backups - VEEAM and Synology
- Resolve technical issues and provide support to the resolution.
Desired Skillset:
- Desktop User Support for Windows and Macs
- Active Directory
- Office 365
- Meraki and Unifi access points and switches
- Network Troubleshooting
- Windows 10/11 Pro and Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022
- Sharepoint / Ondrive and Teams
- Meraki Firewalls is a plus
- Experience with Datto is a plus
- Experience with ITGlue is a plus

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
