Frank’s Pizzeria is looking for an experienced Pizzeria Manager who knows how to run a busy operation and is ready to take on real responsibility.
We are looking for more than someone who can simply supervise a shift. We want a hands-on manager and leader who understands the pizzeria business, can manage employees, maintain quality, control costs, and keep the restaurant running smoothly.
PIZZERIA EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED.
THE RIGHT PERSON SHOULD BE ABLE TO:
Manage a busy pizzeria from opening through closing
Lead, train, schedule, and hold employees accountable
Maintain fast and friendly customer service
Keep food quality and portions consistent
Manage inventory and assist with ordering
Monitor food waste, labor, and operating costs
Handle customer issues professionally
Keep the kitchen, counter, and restaurant organized
Work alongside the staff when necessary
Solve problems without needing constant direction
Maintain standards even when ownership is not present
PIZZERIA EXPERIENCE IS A BIG PLUS
We are especially interested in candidates who understand:
Pizza production and high-volume service
Dough handling and preparation
Pizza ovens and proper bake
Kitchen and counter operations
Food prep and inventory
Ordering and vendor management
Food and labor cost control
Employee scheduling
POS systems
Opening and closing procedures
Being able to make pizza and work the line when necessary is a major plus.
