Compensation
*Pay: up to 45% commission and tips
Responsibilities
* Complete 4-6 quality grooms per day while maintaining safety and attention to detail.
* Perform full-service grooms from bath to finish, including drying, brushing, haircutting, trimming, nail care, and finishing work
* Execute breed-standard trims and custom styles
* Customer relations – develop relationships with clientele and their dogs
* Educate pet parents on coat maintenance and grooming recommendations
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe grooming room
* Support a positive, team-focused environment
*Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the workday
Qualifications
* 2+ years of professional grooming experience preferred
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with staff and clients.
* Strong scissoring, finishing, and breed-standard grooming skills
* Ability to groom a variety of breeds, coat types, and temperaments
* Comfortable handling dogs of varying sizes and temperaments
*Good time management skills
* Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
* Passionate about delivering exceptional care and beautiful results
