Hi, future team member!
I'm Mia, the General Manager at Genuine Care Dental.
If you've ever worked in a dental office where you felt like just another employee, I want you to know that this is different.
My husband, Dr. Rong, and I started Genuine Care Dental with one simple mission: to create a place where both patients and team members feel genuinely cared for. We believe exceptional dentistry begins with exceptional relationships. That means treating our patients with compassion and our team with the same respect, trust, and appreciation.
When you join our office, you're not just filling a position—you're becoming part of a team that supports one another, celebrates wins together, and is committed to growing both personally and professionally. Your ideas matter. Your contributions are recognized. We believe everyone has something valuable to bring, and we want you to have the opportunity to thrive.
We look for people who are kind, dependable, eager to learn, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. Technical skills are important, but character, teamwork, and a genuine desire to care for people are what truly set someone apart.
Our goal isn't simply to hire someone—we're hoping to find a teammate who wants to build a career and a long-term home with us. If you're looking for a workplace where you'll be supported, challenged, appreciated, and inspired to become your best, we'd love to meet you.
Thank you for considering Genuine Care Dental. We can't wait to learn more about you and what you could bring to our team.
