Location would be at our Albany office 203 Sheridan Ave. The Maintenance Superintendent position is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am. Must be available for on call evenings and weekends. Salary range is $24-$26/hr. DOE.
