Qualifications
- Electrical experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Certified electrician, apprenticeship background, or ability to meet entry-level testing requirements.
- Strong electrical aptitude.
- Electrical construction and maintenance experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical equipment.
- Ability to interpret layout, construction, and electrical diagrams.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Dependability, strong attendance, and willingness to work shift schedules in a union environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Electrician credentials.
- Vocational or technical electrical training.
- PLC troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with motors, controllers, 480V systems, lighting controls, production equipment, and plant electrical systems.
- Food, beverage, packaging, process manufacturing, or industrial maintenance experience.
- Controls, plumbing, welding, fabrication, or mechanical crossover skills.
