Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This position focuses on outbound calling to healthcare providers and organizations to generate interest in our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. We are looking for a true go-getter who enjoys building relationships, overcoming objections, and closing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective healthcare providers and organizations.
- Introduce and promote our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services.
- Identify decision-makers and qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments and presentations for the sales team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain communication.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Track sales activities and update CRM records.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required (inside sales, outbound calling, telemarketing, or healthcare sales preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.
- Strong customer service background.
- Ability to handle objections and close opportunities effectively.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
