A Taste of Excellence is one of Northeast Ohio’s premier off-site catering companies, proudly serving the Akron–Canton area. We specialize in high-end events including weddings, corporate functions, galas, and social occasions. Our clients expect excellence, and we are seeking professional, polished banquet servers who can deliver a first-class experience.

Responsibilities:
- Execute event set-up and breakdown with efficiency, including tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and utensils.
- Maintain a professional, guest-focused demeanor throughout each event.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately while anticipating guest needs.
- Clear and reset tables in a timely manner to ensure smooth event flow.
- Support and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver seamless service.
- Adhere to company policies and represent A Taste of Excellence with pride.
Qualifications:
- Previous hospitality or banquet serving experience strongly preferred.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from events.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
