We’re looking for a motivated Landscape Design / Sales Specialist to help us expand our reach and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
What You’ll Do

Meet with prospective customers at their property to understand their landscaping needs.

Prepare accurate estimates for jobs ranging from basic lawn care to full-service landscaping, irrigation, and hardscapes.

Educate customers on available options, materials, and project timelines.

Follow up on company-provided leads and close sales.

Build lasting customer relationships for repeat and referral business.

Work closely with crews to ensure project scopes are clear and jobs run smoothly.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in landscaping sales or estimating (residential or light commercial).

Knowledge of plants, soils, irrigation, and landscape materials.

Ability to read site conditions and confidently prepare bids.

Strong people skills—you’re able to earn trust and close deals.

Organized and tech-comfortable (CRM, estimating software, or spreadsheets).

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
