Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and dedicated CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) / Personal Care Aide professionals to join our Raleigh Independent Living Community. This role offers guaranteed hours, allowing you to build a consistent schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Available Shifts
- 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM e/o weekend
Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, hygiene, toileting, meal escorts, medication reminders
- Provide companionship and engagement
- Support mobility and safety
- Maintain a calm, respectful presence with residents
- Communicate with the care team regarding needs or changes
- Arrive on time and provide reliable, consistent care

- Compassionate and professional caregivers
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
- Prior caregiving or CNA experience required

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
