We are looking for Servers and Bartenders to join our team at Timbers Redmond. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with guests, and takes pride in delivering great service.
The Role
We are hiring both full-time and part-time Servers and Bartenders to support front of house operations at Timbers Redmond. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, reliable, and able to adapt to a high-energy, guest-focused environment.
The right candidate is flexible, team-oriented, and comfortable jumping in where needed to support service.
Pay and benefits
- $15.05 per hour with strong tip earning potential
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Full time employees eligible for partial employer sponsored medical, dental and vision options
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of serving or bartending experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills and ability to engage with a wide range of guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Current OLCC card and Food Handlers Card, or ability to obtain before starting
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive service to every guest
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve beverages in compliance with OLCC guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked service area
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front of house teams to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards
- Support team members and step in where needed during service
