We are seeking a
Bilingual Safety Advisor to help promote and maintain a safe working environment across multiple construction projects. The ideal candidate is an experienced construction safety professional who is passionate about safety, communicates effectively in both English and Spanish, and has a proven history of reliability and long-term employment.
Top Qualifications (Required)

Construction site safety experience is required.

OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification is required.

Demonstrated longevity in previous positions with a stable work history.

Reliable transportation and the ability and willingness to travel to different job sites.
Responsibilities

Conduct regular job site safety inspections and audits.

Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Deliver safety orientations and toolbox talks in both English and Spanish.

Investigate incidents, document findings, and assist with corrective action plans.

Partner with field supervisors and project teams to promote a strong safety culture.

Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.

Support ongoing safety training and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

Previous construction safety experience.

Current OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification.

Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple job sites.

Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
