Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, experienced Manufacturing Sanitation Manager to lead our critical sanitation section at our manufacturing facility in Hildale, Utah. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and cGMP compliance across all operations, including CIP (Clean-in-Place) and COP (Clean-Out-of-Place) processes for complex machinery. If you have a proven background in a food, dietary supplement, or pharmaceutical environment and are passionate about quality assurance, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
The sanitation manager will oversee all cleaning, sanitizing, and documentation procedures to maintain compliance with 21 CFR Part 111 and 117, and company SOPs.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: High school diploma or GED required
Compliance Experience: Two years of experience in manufacturing operations within a food, dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, or other FDA-regulated industry
Sanitation Experience: At least one year of direct experience in a leadership or senior role within a sanitation section
Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of 21 CFR Part 111 and 117 and current cGMP regulations is mandatory
Leadership: Proven leadership or management experience preferred—must be a strong motivator and able to confidently delegate duties
Core Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills— organized and reliable
Communication: A clear communicator—both written and verbal
Physical: Able to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet for 8-hour shifts—comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with fruit and vegetable powders
Systems: Proficient with computers, including Google Workspace applications

Pay: Hourly, $24.50 to $28 an hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
