Hawaii Poke Bowl is looking for reliable, hardworking Team Members to join our Eau Claire crew!
We are a locally owned restaurant with two Eau Claire locations and a team that takes pride in serving fresh food, providing great customer service, and creating a positive environment for both our guests and coworkers.
Whether you have restaurant experience or are looking for your first job, we provide hands-on, paid training to help you learn each area of the restaurant and become a confident, independent member of our team.
What You'll Do
As a Team Member, you'll be cross-trained in different areas of the restaurant. Depending on your shift, responsibilities may include:
- Preparing fresh ingredients and completing daily prep
- Building poke bowls accurately and efficiently
- Providing friendly and helpful customer service
- Operating the register and processing customer orders
- Keeping the restaurant clean, stocked, and organized
- Following food safety, sanitation, and recipe standards
- Restocking and preparing your station for the next rush
- Working together with your team to keep shifts running smoothly
- Completing opening, closing, and daily shift responsibilities

Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but experience is not required. We're happy to train someone with the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Availability
- Minimum availability of 2–3 shifts per week
- Weekend availability is required
- Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts are available
- Both part-time and full-time availability will be considered
- Shift lengths vary depending on availability and business needs
Pay & Growth
Training: $14.00/hour
Team Member: $14.25–$16.00/hour based on performance, experience, development, and increased responsibilities
Plus shared tips, providing additional earnings on top of your hourly wage.
We believe in developing our team from within. Team Members who demonstrate strong reliability, performance, leadership, and knowledge of our operations may have opportunities to advance into Trainer and Shift Lead positions.
