Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – School/Daycare Based
Immediate RBT Opening – Broward County
Children's Behavior Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA services to a child in a school or daycare setting in Broward County.
Services may be provided in a public school, private school, charter school, or daycare, depending on the assigned case.

Children's Behavior Therapy is an established ABA provider serving children and families throughout Broward and Miami-Dade Counties. With nearly two decades of experience in ABA and social services, we are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care while supporting the clinicians who make that care possible.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
- Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs
- Collect accurate data and document client progress
- Support functional communication, independence, social skills, and other treatment goals
- Implement the client's Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) and clinical recommendations
- Collaborate professionally with the BCBA, family, school/daycare staff, and treatment team
- Complete required session documentation accurately and on time
- Participate in supervision and ongoing clinical training
