We are looking for a skilled service technician who can perform a thorough home inspection, provide regular maintenance on Acculevel products, assess the repairs made, investigate the customer’s complaint, and determine the best course of action that will lead to a satisfied customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years with the building trades, preferably in foundation systems, water drainage, and concrete work. (but not required, we will train)
- 3-5 years of customer relations experience is preferred
- Plumbing and/or electrical knowledge is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Build & maintain relationships with customers & co-workers
- Be an expert on all Acculevel products/services
- Resolve conflict with unhappy customers (empathize)
- Evaluate potential misdiagnosis or under-diagnosis of an issue
- Present the best and most accurate solution to the homeowner
- Negotiate costs of new or additional work that may have become necessary
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills are a must
- Active listener (understand customers needs)
- Adaptable (able to think on your feet)
- Ability to work independently without a lot of supervision
- Valid driver’s license
- Physically able to inspect crawl spaces, basements, etc.
- Comfortable using or being trained to use customized software & technology
- Background checks and drug screening are part of our hiring process.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
