Responsibilities
- Process vehicle titles accurately and efficiently in accordance with state laws.
- Verify documentation for completeness and accuracy before title issuance.
- Assist customers with title-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain organized records of all title transactions and related paperwork.
- Collaborate with sales staff to ensure timely processing of vehicle sales documents.
- Stay updated on changes in title regulations and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in title processing or related administrative roles is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
