- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to address their concerns and promote our products and services.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer interactions and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
