We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site support and maintenance for our customers' equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and excellent customer service skills.
```Responsibilities```
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on various types of equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers
- Collaborate with the service team to resolve complex issues
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in field service or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of low voltage systems and industrial mechanics
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
- Experience with precision measuring instruments
- Ability to perform stick welding is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Effective communication skills in English
