Warehouse Associate
Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing apparel orders for shipment while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. This role requires exceptional attention to detail to ensure order accuracy, inventory integrity, and timely fulfillment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, safety-conscious, and a team player with strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Pick apparel orders accurately according to order specifications
· Pack and prepare orders for shipment while ensuring product quality and accuracy
· Verify order contents, quantities, styles, colors, and sizes before shipment
· Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
· Drive company van locally between warehouse locations as needed to transport inventory and materials
· Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
· Organize, stock, and maintain inventory within designated warehouse locations
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
· Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies or order issues
· Communicate effectively with team members regarding order status, inventory concerns, and operational needs
· Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization projects as needed
· Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
· Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required
· Forklift experience preferred
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
· Basic computer skills and ability to work with warehouse management systems
· Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
· True team player with a positive attitude
· Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds regularly
· Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
· Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts
· Ability to work in a warehouse environment and varying temperatures
· Ability to safely drive between warehouse locations as needed

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
