Ally Psychiatry is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team in Gadsden.
This is a full-time outpatient PMHNP opportunity offering a Monday–Friday clinic schedule, collaborative physician support, and a strong work-life balance within a clinician-led psychiatry practice. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of PMHNP experience practicing in Alabama and an active DEA license.

Call schedule of one night per week and one weekend per month

Established outpatient behavioral health practice

Collaborative multidisciplinary clinical environment

Work closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff

Participate in scheduled evening and weekend call rotation
