Job Summary: To motivate, train and coach team of Beauty Advisors to build a loyal clientele and achieve retail sales goals through excellent service in skincare consultations, makeup and fragrance demonstrations with emphasis on LUXE Client Experience.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years professional experience in beauty industry
- Ability to effectively engage audiences on social platforms
- Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic creative mindset, collaborative leadership
- Exceptional verbal & written communication, presentation, public speaking
- Proficient knowledge and awareness of beauty industry, market, and competitive trends
- Best-in-class selling skills
Drive BA & client engagement via exceptional training content and delivery
- Responsible for New Beauty Advisor Certification
- Responsible for all seasonal new product trainings
- Continual training on pillar products, consultations, and demonstration
- Create customized training programs based on weekly mix of business opportunities
- Weekly KPI coaching with the team
- Responsible for 50 % full time BA productivity
- Ensure Counter BConnected % is at department average or higher
- Role model selling behaviors and techniques while coaching side by side with BA’s
- Identify opportunities through reporting and observation and coach BA’s to improve specific metrics
- Responsible for 100% achievement of pre-sell and appointment bookings
- Successful completion of Lancome trainings on Lancomelearing.com
Lead events with excellence
- Drive incremental retail sales via the successful execution of virtual and in-store events, consultations, and masterclasses
- Proactively partner with store leadership to anticipate potential wins and challenges: appointments, client profiles, business goals and competitive activities
Social presence and engagement
- Drive client engagement via maintenance of professional social media account and in alignment with brand image
- Create Brand Loyalty in other departments by being Lancome influencer in the store
- Establish partnership with key associate in the store
Salary range $34-$36 an hour based on experience and location.
