Hours: 24 hours per week; 3 days per week. Work schedule is 8:30 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Must be available to work Monday and Wednesday.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
Perform a variety of administrative and accounting tasks including data entry, reporting and tracking information for program management as well as maintaining accounts payable and receivable duties, as well as providing reception support.
Duties include, but are not limited to,

Answer telephones, greet visitors and track ingress of visitors for safety purposes.

Prepare a variety of material such as interoffice communications, correspondence, inputs data and statistics for tracking and reporting, and reports of a routine or special nature.

Develop spreadsheets and work with accounting programs, various computer programs and Information Systems.

Act as the central point of contact for calendaring, resource scheduling, as well as maintaining common area spaces, ensuring kitchen and conference space are neat and tidy.

Assist with program inventory audits as directed; may include collaboration with Program Administrative staff to reconcile audits.

Maintain reports of approved drivers and investigates irregularities.

Manage and facilitate company cell phones and wireless card accounts.

This position requires being eligible to drive company vehicles when needed for general company business.

The Advance San Diego program is an innovative crisis response team that support adults with I/DD and behavioral health challenges. These individuals will reside in their own place of residence, ILF, board and care, community-based supervised group homes operated by other agencies or may be homeless needing assistance with finding housing. The CRF crisis response team will provide mobile services to help the individuals succeed in their homes and in the community.
CRF staff members work together to meet the needs of San Diego County's residents who are experiencing mental/behavioral health challenges. Additional Qualifications and Skills

One year experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment

Excellent phone etiquette, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality required

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel applications, as well as internet research skills required

Previous experience in a similar mental health program serving the population is desirable

A valid California driver's license in good standing and eligibility to be an approved CRF driver is required to fulfill the essential functions of this position. In addition, proof of insurance is required prior to driving personal vehicles on company business.

Must be able to pass criminal/background clearance
